Decided recently to go ahead and make the switch back to WordPress since I have a few projects coming up where I will want to put something up on a few other domains. To do that, I wanted to make sure my hosting was all consolidated. I was previously using Ghost for my blog software, but it’s a lot easier to manage it all with the Plesk control panel rather than having to have another VPS set up for separate hosting.
Ultimately, I decided to not back up the articles on the previous blog as only one of them had any substance and wasn’t quite as in-depth as I had originally planned anyway.
Moving forward I will be using this blog and will also have local backups of the blog stored on my network storage. I will be posting a variety of things here including progress updates on some of my projects, thoughts on current events (usually with a focus on technology), and random thoughts on my hobbies.
